陕西省食药用菌工程技术研究中心(简介)


    陕西省食药用菌工程技术研究中心于2008年经陕西省科技厅批准,依托陕西理工学院,联合汉中植物研究所和汉中泛亚绿色食品有限司共同建设,是陕西省首家食药用菌资源开发利用领域综合创新技术研发平台。本中心面向陕西省(尤其是秦巴山区)丰富的食药用菌资源开展研究工作,主要研究方向:1.食药用菌资源保育研究;2.微生物分子生物学研究;3.食药用菌发酵工程研究;4.食药用菌栽培技术示范及产业化研究。
    中心下设4个研究分室:食药用菌资源保育研究室,发酵工程研究室,微生物分子生物学研究室,食药用菌栽培研究室,总面积800平方米并拥有1000平方米的中试生产基地,仪器设备总值1670余万元。
    中心现有研究人员27名,其中高级职称14名,中级职称13名,研究人员中90%具有硕士学位,其中20%具有博士学位。近3年工程中心承担或参与省级以上科研项目13项,并取得了一批重要的科研成果。其中“秦巴山区猪苓资源保护及开发利用研究”、“灵芝资源综合利用研究” “美味牛肝菌资源及开发利用研究”获陕西省科学技术进步二等奖,陕西省高等学校科技成果二等奖,陕西省高等学校科技成果三等奖。在《微生物学报》、《Biotechnology Letters》、《Journal of Industrial Microbiology & Biotechnology》及《Chinese Chemical Letters》等国内外学术期刊发表论文60余篇,其中多篇研究论文被SCI、EI、BA等收录。现承担微生物专业硕士研究生培养工作,已成为国内食药用菌基础及应用开发研究和人才培养的重要基地。
"13115" Technology Innovation-Shaanxi Provincial Engineering Research Center of Edible and Medicinal Microbes 
    Shaanxi provincial engineering research center of edible and medicinal microbes was approved as the first provincial innovation center of development and utilization of edible and medicinal microbial resources by Science and Technology Department of Shaanxi in 2008. The center relys on the Shaanxi university of Technology, co-constructed by Institute of Botany and Hanzhong FanYA Green food Co., Ltd. It performs research work, mainly focusing on edible and medicinal microbial resources of Shaanxi Province (especially in Qinling Mountains). The main research directions are as follows: 1. Edible and medicinal microbe resource conservation; 2. Microbial molecular biology; 3. Fermentation engineering of edible and medicinal microbes; 4. Cultivation technology and industrialization of edible and medicinal microbes. It consists of four sub-rooms: Edible and Medicinal Microbe Resource Conservation Lab., Fermentation Engineering Lab., Microbial and Molecular Biology Lab., and Edible and Medicinal Microbe Cultivation Lab., which cover 800 square meters and a production base 1,000 square meters. The experimental equipments are worth about 1,670 million. 
    The center has 27 researchers, including senior professional title 13 and intermediate professional rank 14, 90% of which have a master's degree, and 20% with Doctor's degree. In the past three years, it has undertaken or participated in province, and nation-level scientific projects and obtained a series of important achievements, such as the "Resource protection and exploitation of Polyporus umbellatus in Qinling Mountains" approved as the second-class Award of Science and Technology Progress of Shaanxi Province, "Comprehensive utilization of Ganoderma lucidum resources" and “Development and utilization of Boletus edulis resources” as the second-class and three-class Awards of Higher school scientific and technological achievements of Shaanxi Province, respectively. It has published more than 60 papers in Acta Microbiological Sinica, Biotechnology Letters, Journal of Industrial Microbiology & Biotechnology and Chinese Chemical Letter, etc. These papers were mainly covered by SCI, EI, BA, etc. In addition, the center undertakes the education work of graduate students majoring in microbiology, and it is an important base of basic and applied research and talent training of edible and medicinal microbial rescource utilization.


微生物资源保育研究室


    本研究室致力于食药用菌资源的保护、共享和持续利用,重点开展秦巴山区野生和栽培食药用菌种质资源的分离、鉴定、保藏及信息系统建设。目前,已获得并保藏食药用真菌菌种500余株、放线菌1000余株和细菌100余株。该室拥有超净工作台、人工气候箱、厌氧培养箱、全自动微生物鉴定系统、智能生物图像导航仪等研究设备。

Microbial Resource Conservation Lab.

    The laboratory is committed to the protection and sustainable use of edible and medicinal microbial resources, mainly focusing on the isolation, identification, preservation and information system development of the wild and cultivated microbial resources in Qinling mountains. At present, the laboratory has 500 strains of fungi, 1,000 strains of actinomycetes and more than 100 strains of bacteria. The laboratory has research instruments, such as a clean bench, artificial climate chamber, anaerobic incubator, automated microbial identification systems and bio-image navigation instrument.


食药用菌栽培及加工研究室


    本研究室致力于野生食药用菌的人工驯化、菌种繁育、栽培技术、食药用菌加工及生产质量控制技术等研究。向行业内提供优良菌种、生产技术咨询、培训和加工技术等。该室拥有1000 m2的食药用菌中试和种植示范基地。

Cultivation and processing of edible and medicinal microbe Lab.
    The laboratory is committed to artificial domestication of wild edible and medicinal microbes, breeding species, cultivation techniques, processing and production of edible and medicinal microbes and other quality control techniques. It also provides good species, consulting and training of production technology and processing technology. It  has a planting test demonstration base of 1,000 square meters.


微生物分子生物学研究室


    本研究室致力于微生物的物种演化、区系演变及协同进化规律研究,开展特色微生物新功能基因发掘和基因工程菌株构建等研究工作。该室拥有PCR仪、凝胶成像仪、蛋白质电泳仪、核酸电泳仪、高速冷冻离心机等研究设备。

Microbial Molecular Biology Lab. 
    The laboratory is committed to the evolution of microbial species, district evolution and co-evolution discipline, mainly discovering novel functional genes and constructing genetically engineered strains of characteristic microorganisms. The laboratory has research facilities such as PCR, Gel Imager System, Protein Electrophoresis, Nucleic Acid Electrophoresis and High-speed Refrigerated Centrifuge.


发酵工程研究室


    本研究室致力于食药用菌代谢规律及调控机制,液体发酵工艺条件优化,发酵产物的提取精制技术等方面的研究。目前,已对内生真菌发酵生产紫杉醇、喜树碱、三尖杉酯碱和白藜芦醇等工艺条件进行研究,并分离纯化微生物源生物活性物质。该室有全自动发酵系统,双层恒温摇床,大容量冷冻离心机,旋转蒸发仪等研究设备。
Fermentation Engineering Lab.
    The laboratory is committed to the research of metabolism of edible or medicinal fungi, their control mechanism, the liquid fermentation condition optimization, the refinery and the extraction technology of fermentation products, etc. At present, relevant researches concerning the production of endogenous fungal fermentation paclitaxel, camptothecin, harringtonine and resveratrol and purified microbial source of biologically active substances are on the way. The laboratory has been installed with the automatic fermentation system, double thermostatic shakers, large-capacity refrigerated centrifuges, Rotary Evaporator and other research equipments.


分析检测室


    本研究室致力于食药用真菌、放线菌及药用植物内生菌活性成分的分离,纯化及结构解析,发掘新的生物活性物质。目前,已完成1000余株内生真菌和放线菌提取物的分析检测,筛选出大量能产生重要生物活性物质(紫杉醇、喜树碱、山尖杉酯碱和白藜芦醇等)的内生菌株。该室有高效液相色谱仪、全自动中压制备系统、二氧化碳培养箱、紫外分光光度仪和酶联检测仪等研究设备。
Analyzing&Testing Laboratory
    The laboratory is committed to the isolation, the purification and structural analysis of edible and medicinal fungi, actinomycetes and medicinal active ingredients endophyte as well as the identification of new bioactive substances. Currently, more than 1,000 samples of endophytic fungi and actinomycetes have been analyzed and detected, screening  a large number of important bioactive substances (paclitaxel, camptothecin, jian fir ester base and resveratrol, etc.) within the Health strain. The laboratory has high-performance liquid chromatography, automatic backup system in the suppression, carbon dioxide incubators, UV spectrophotometer, and enzyme-linked detector and other research equipment.
